Standard Tai Chi Form 24 (Yang Style)


 This is probably the Tai Chi Form with the most practitioners in China and around the world.  This form gives the beginner a simplified introduction to Yang style Tai Chi, while retaining the essential elements of traditional longer forms.


 Movements are smooth and performed at a slow, even tempo. This Form is an excellent choice for people of all ages.  Practice of these movements promotes relaxation, flexibility, balance, and strength.
